हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर जी के द्वारा Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam का शुभारंभ किया गया है।
इस योजना के माध्यम से सरकार द्वारा वह सभी नियुक्तियां ऑनलाइन की जाएगी जो की पहले आउटसोर्सिंग नीतियों के अंतर्गत की जाती थी।
हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के संचालन के लिए सरकार द्वारा 1 नवंबर 2021 को पोर्टल भी लांच किया गया है।
इस प्रणाली के माध्यम से काम पर रखे गए सभी नागरिकों को इपीएफ, ईएसआई आदि सुविधाएं जैसे सभी लाभ भी प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
अब इस नई व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत संविदा नियुक्तियां मेरिट के आधार पर की जाएगी जिसके कारण पारदर्शी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित हो सकेगी।
सभी आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों को इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से नियुक्त किया जा सकेगा।
इसके अलावा सभी योग्य युवाओं को रोजगार प्रदान करने के लिए कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण सत्र भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
